Scope of Works:
- System Architecture & Design: Development of automation logic, functional descriptions, and network topologies. This includes the selection of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, and actuators based on site-specific operational requirements.
Integration & Protocols: Seamless integration of disparate subsystems (HVAC, lighting, vertical transport, and utility metering) using standard communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and KNX.
- Energy Management & Optimization: Implementation of smart metering and automated load shedding algorithms to monitor and optimize real-time energy demand and utility costs.
- Deployment & Programming: Installation of control panels and development of Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) or SCADA platforms for centralized monitoring and remote system management.
- Commissioning: Point-to-point wiring verification, loop testing, and functional logic validation to ensure the system operates according to the specified sequences of operation.
