HEM provides full-scale Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for overhead transmission lines (OHTL) up to 220 kV. We focus on delivering high-voltage infrastructure that ensures grid stability and structural resilience under varied environmental loads.
Scope of Works:
- Detailed Design & Engineering: Route alignment, plan and profile generation, and tower spotting. We perform rigorous mechanical tension calculations and sag-tension analysis to ensure compliance with clearance and safety standards.
- Procurement & Material Management: Specification-based sourcing of lattice or tubular towers, conductors, insulators, and OPGW/earth wires. All components undergo quality assurance to meet international electrotechnical standards.
- Civil Works & Installation: Construction of reinforced concrete foundations, tower assembly, and specialized stringing operations. We manage the entire integration process through to final testing and grid energization.
