Scope of Works:
- Engineering & Risk Assessment: Design of comprehensive fire alarm layouts including smoke, heat, and flame detection. Engineering covers hydraulic calculations for suppression systems and smoke management logic.
- Integrated Fire Alarm Systems: Installation of addressable fire alarm control panels (FACP) and peripheral devices. We ensure full integration with building automation to trigger automated responses such as elevator homing, ventilation shutdown, and fire door release.
- Automated Suppression Systems: Design and commissioning of water-based (sprinkler, deluge) and gas-based (FM-200, CO2, Novec) suppression systems for critical infrastructure such as server rooms or industrial high-voltage areas.
- Emergency Communication & Evacuation: Integration of voice evacuation (VA) and public address (PA) systems for coordinated emergency signaling and occupant safety.
- Validation & Certification: Performance testing of all detection loops, pressure testing of suppression piping, and rigorous functional testing of the Cause-and-Effect matrix prior to final handover.
