About Project

HEM developed the detailed lighting design for the 80 km E-60 highway section from Natakhtari to Rustavi. The project technical specifications adhered to international road safety and illumination standards for the Tbilisi Bypass.

 

Our engineering team also executed the utility relocation design. This included the technical realignment of high-voltage power transmission lines, gas pipelines, water networks, and irrigation canals required for the highway infrastructure.
