Project Completion: Komitas 60 is Now Open for Residents
The multifunctional residential complex at 60 Komitas Ave., developed by "ARMCONSTRUCT1" LLC, has officially opened its doors to residents. HEM has completed the full-scale delivery of the building’s electrical and low-current infrastructure, ensuring all systems are fully operational for the handover.
The technical scope involved the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the primary power supply and architectural facade illumination. To ensure resident safety and system reliability, HEM integrated automated fire protection, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems throughout the complex.
With the final opening of Komitas 60, HEM continues to provide the technical foundation for high-specification urban residential developments.
